First ten Handstand push ups on wall, the rest with blue band assistance.Pull ups broken into sets of 5,3,2 and 1.

i wear board shorts all the time. under my jeans right now. and it wouldn't be a Saturday unless i was hung over.....

Broke up pullups any way necessary to get it done. Mostly 1,2, or 3's and a couple of 5's. Some looked better than others meaning they where not all completely at 90 degrees. At any rate we got it done and we move forward until the next time.

PS-It was all done without board shorts or very, very bright orange shorts or not so bright orange shirts.

i did it, i think i did 24 minutes plus something....used the blue band to assist on push ups.
