90 minutes yoga, most of it spent in downward dog variations. shoulders shot but good.

215 was tough. Was not completely clean with it. Hips need to come forward harder. Need to jump into it more.
Afterwards dropped down to 135 and hit 5's alternating with DIBO until at 30 total reps.
