Use a weight you can clean from the floor.

For time, three rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps:
One arm dumbbell power snatch
One arm dumbbell swing
Use a weight you don't have to put down.
There is a five minute time limit for this portion of the WOD.

6:14 secs a little heavy or maybe db equivalent would have allowed me to cycle faster
