Tabata push-ups, Tabata GHD sit-ups
Dropped down a bit after third set of push-ups. Wasn't going for broke on GHDs as I am still building it up.

Squat clean ladder on minute up to 7. Didn't want to push the finger too far with 115lb on the bar. Wasn't feeling too confident at 7so I stopped.
