close grip Bench press 210x5,230x5,260x4
didn't hit my 5th rep at 260, weight felt fine i think it had more to do with the 13 reps of 225 saturday morning.

wanted to do 7 muscle ups per round but the combo of bench/muslce ups/ ohwl was harder than expected.

i really like sundays with one strength lift and a nice metcon. if my arms weren't so smoked i would have done some hspu but a simple day to ease into the week never hurt anyone.
