could really feel this on my posterior chain and stressing my low back in a very good/manageable way

push press 225x1x2 (failed to hit the double each time.)

bench press 215x3, 245x3, 275(f) didn't even get a single rep. also only hit 260 for 3 last week so i think the paleo challenge has caught up.

squat 5x5 135#

7 rounds 7 deadlift/ 7 burpees. 50 # dumbells
This also took my back through a full range of motion without using a significant load. felt good.
