power clean and jerk: hit an easy 225,245, 265 fail x 3. took the best shot i've ever tried at 265. cleans felt heavy as hell but the jerks felt light on my shoulders and i had it locked out it was just forward a little bit. if i would have been thinking vertical dip i would have hit it.
This is where i wanted to do some muscle ups but since my arms were being stupid:

100 pushups 7 min?
