One more rep than last year. Boy I really made a come back considering a 3 month layoff and perhaps even more if consider when I actually started hitting it hard again. The body is amazing. If I could only get it to pull my fat ass up for some triples and doubles. On the 18s I wasnt doing more than singles after my first set of 5. I was done. I want another crack at it. I can see myself getting the 18s. I want it. I need it.
On another note this has been a grind once again. Putting life on hold for this ultimate pursuit of fitness and eliteness. A few more days and we will see who will light it up in palm beach.
