only got 55 reps into that thing before it was time to run. the absolute shoulder destruction i've been working on since sunday was in full effect. ran the mile in 6:39. ran slow to start to make sure my knee would feel ok but it really only bothered me when i accelerated. also paced off of henry figuring he would go fast but he just ran 22 miles sunday so we only hit a 3:20 first 800.
