subbed situps and back extensions - first round did 20 of each, rest of the reps as prescribed.

28:58 - goal was sub 30.

Took the advice from yesterday and chalked up a lot less. Still got three rips.

The thrusters felt pretty strong, and the pull ups i was able to keep in sets of 10 all the way through.

Feeling good. Wished i had pushed a little harder.

Tough one, gutted through to the end. Peter and I went head to head on this one. Good healthy competition. Finished with a little handstand practice, going to go to the court and play for a half hour before the six pm class.
