90 minutes yoga today, working on balance and posture. Muscle up grease the grooves practice...
just nailed 5 chalk-free, dead hang, no kip muscle ups. felt great.
chalk does change the world but i guess a little goes a long way. Although i cant imagine the MU without chalk especially on those nasty rings!
Still gonna get me some gymnast grips.
Did Magic 50 with 60# DB's
5 single arm swings each side
5 single arm snatches each side
10 true burpees
60 seconds rest
five rounds
Burpees turned to shit fast. After the workout I cried a little. I have no idea how long it took, maybe half an hour - forty minutes? Hellish.
