felt good. Played it conservative having never done this one maxxed out. next time will aim for 225.

1 mile time trial

got cut off by a bicycle at the 1200 meter mark, had to restart. good time, almost there.

4:00pm
1-1-1-1-1-1-1 thruster
155-165-175-180(f)-180(f)-175(f) ran out of time, no last rep

did a couple of max pull up sets.
33 and 30. shooting for 40.

Sucked today for me. tried to cut back on blocks and it messed me up.

Skills:
kipping practice. Getting three in a row now, but I lose rhythm.

total in the morning...tabata in the evening. I forget how good tabata is. good all around.
