I'm honored to be on your blog. My kip needs some work, but I'll get it. My gym near home has a good pull-up bar. Worked on it again this morning.
CrossFit305 is top notch. Never had as much fun at a workplace during my 43 years in business. You have a great core group. Thanks for letting Kathy and me hang out.
