21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups

only got through 2 1/2 rounds in 40 min. This one was tough on a Saturday.

I started with 15 lbs but had to scale down to 10 on the last round!

I will jump up to the bar without dans "help" lol

Focused on form while maintaining decent speed.Next time will go for broke and break 40.
Snatches in sets of 11, 10, 7 and 5 mixed up. Started at 3 reps on the L's.
Down to single reps after the middle of the second round.
Loved the snatches, great movement.
