Dan and Pete, for 3 sets I did 15:36 for the "Helen", also I used a 30 lb KB and did negative pullups, (jumped up and then lowered down as slowly as possible as you taught me- Dan)... as the regular ones are still too hard...from Kevin up here in the land of the rain and snow...
