Friday, March 27. Visited CrossFit Oakland today. Located in area of Oakland that is similar to where CrossFit305 is located in Miami. Doesn't matter where you are. If you want the workout, you'll be there. CrossFit Oakland seems pretty established. Lots of weights, pull-up bars, benches, kettles, balls, jump ropes, ropes, rings. Six rowing machines, no other 'equipment'. They are doing a fundraiser tomorrow for the four police officers who were killed this past week. Hi to all at CF305.
