My selfish reason for a tuesday workout: I would like to workout 5 times a week. To do that with the current schedule I would need to do monday and then wed,thu,fri and sat which would plunge me into a certain death. With a tue class I could do mon-wed, rest thu, and then fri and sat. Still gruesome but I'll live.

I prefer working out in a group. I would like to be able to Crossfit with the crew 6 days a week.
I propose we buy a house up the block and shoot a reality show where we wod 365 days a year. Crossfit meets real world. We can call it Survivor little haiti.

having more group classes per week allows people to follow the three on one off schedule as well as mix and match as they see fit. having sunday off, Monday on and then Tuesday off kind of messes up the momentum for the week psychologically.
Alright. Starting next Tuesday we will offer an outdoor/beach class.
Let me know your requested time for an evening class and we'll make it happen in the area of 73rd and Collins. FYI, there has been back room murmurs of a Sunday WOD as well...
