speaking of triplets. today's wod..it began as an 8 min amrap but turned it into a 4 rounder as i felt i had more in the tank.

5 min rest then 30sec on 30sec off on the rower damper #7. broken computer so between 17-20 pulls per round. total: 10 rounds.

I vote for slim's wod. People can scale the weight to say, 25-50% more than their Diane weight.

I like the looks of this WOD - not a couplet or triplet though:

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes perform 5 Burpees then max reps thrusters. Record total thruster reps.

Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 135 lbs thrusters on the minute.

The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.
