Yesterday-Overhead squat 135# x10/17/16...
Failure at shoulders...knees caving in a bit, but felt pretty damn good. More of these tomorrow.
Today rest day after pool party abuse. Good relaxing shirt free pool/couch/cleaning day.
Long session of PNF, lacrosse ball, foam roller.
