Had a great day at the beach with Kaya. Beautiful sandbar caused by a rip current...Never've seen anything like it. An island 10 feet out.

Brutal. Pushed the row on the first two and nearly lost lunch. Sandbag not too bad, but vision gets jostled on the run from it.

Tried 240 3 times. Not nearly enough drop. Need to work at a lighter weight and perfect the drop. 215 felt light, good, but still a little press out. DROP damn it!
