9.17.10 & 9.18.10

Rest, tons of exercise demo. Long, rewarding day.

145 pounds, 2 reps on the minute for 10 minutes. Last minute AMRAP-5 reps, miss on six. Miss on rep 12 or 14 due to Iron Maiden epinephrine rush. Felt heavy, a little unbalanced but good over all. Ready for 150 next week.

Run 400 meter
30 box jumps, 24"
30 wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Good leg day.
Started 2 minutes back. Good chase & trash talking with SW. It's important to be put in those situtations competitivly, working to catch someone. Fun to WOD with the class on Saturday. Most of my workouts have been in classes lately. Really enjoy the energy.

25 double unders
10 pistols
10 1 arm push ups, hand release
6 minute amrap
