Used the 9' bar which meant a jump. hspu are a real weakness. Doing them twice a week, once as strength, once as conditioning with abmat assist. still not easy but getting better.

Good gymnastics strength WOD. Butterflied the C2B's and they felt good. Tore my hand on rep 90 or so.
