first 600 with 45lb plate. that first leg gets easier every time i do it. actually the mile got easier also. just a little bit of distance running goes a long way for me. i feel my legs under me when i keep up with the runs. i think of the week i did 1 mile every hour for 3 hours with plans on doing it all day which flopped as my legs where taxed. its something i will definitely want to try again on a sunday.
