high volume. body doing well.

10 unbroken, then mostly 2's and some 1's. Pulled 10 which was PR. might have been able to pull 1 or 2 more.

First real WOD since my brain has been aching. Might have been back on after curtain too soon. Maybe should have rested a bit more. Maybe its the diet. Maybe its stress. Dont really know. All I know is it doesnt hurt as bad as first day and neck is feeling better.
