AM attempt at this was a big failure. I was trying to get it done within a specific amount of time and rushed my build up and had to stop because it wasn't working out. I was missing left and right. Came back after my sessions and classes in the evening and hit all my lifts. Used straps for the 2 pos and pulls. Unless its a single I do so to spare my hands the abuse. That being said I have been taping and going strapless whenever possible. Opted out of conditioning today. Wasn't feeling it. It was late and I was tired.
I am enjoying this oly program. Just wish I didn't have to do it alone all the time. Its hard to get into it on some days with nobody else around.
