Sa/Sun-Run 10-12-14-16-20-rest- miles
M-no run, 20 minutes handstand practice
Tu-Run 5-6 miles/CF couplet, 10 minute limit hspu/burpee variation
W-Row 10k moderate/20 minutes rings, bar, kettlebell
Th-Run 5-6 miles/bench press, 20 minutes handstand practice
F-Run 5-6 miles/20 minutes rings handstand
Sa/Sun-no run
