Balls and sled send the HR skyrocketing. Worked on getting upside down then in and out of a deep HSPU quickly without hesitation. Surprisingly no misses on the HSPU's. Recovery is off as is strength. Cant wait to see what happens when I try my luck at a real Snatch/ CNJ. Hand needs another month to really harden.
