AM: worked out with Wess and Adam which was fun.
Fran 3:00 wasn't happy to miss the 2 min mark by 1 second. first time i videod a workout and upon review i did 16 pullups in the second round, and overall just looked like i was moving slow, had some butterfly pullup rhythm errors

Nice work Chaddy! You have some more room to knock off a few seconds. It would have to be cleaning up the kip and the transitions.
When I am better lets do a "Fran-athon".
