Butterfly pullups 8x10

Overhead squat: only got up to 225, missed 245, moved up to 275 and failed the jerk, then 275 PR jerk, got it to the bottom and lost it. shoulders felt really tight and couldn't get that good feeling of it riding back and being locked in.
