glad i did this entire workout with the class since my instinct would have been to wait longer after the metcon to do the strength portion.

PM: clean and 2 jerks: 225f, 225,225,225,225 fail 2nd jerk, 225 fail second jerk.
all jerks pretty ugly, except 2nd jerk of attempt 2&3; arms really smoked at this point
