15-12-9 snatch 115/C2B pullup
First time doing full snatches since the injury and it felt like jumping into a pre-warmed up bed in wintertime. wonderful.

started with jumping to muscle up standard and quickly realized i suck. went back to normal and still sucked pretty hard on the muscle ups. maybe the chest to bars took more out of me than i thought earlier but it shouldn't have been that bad.
