CNJ worked up to 225 then moved it fast a few times.

Last day of fast.  I was kind of hungry this morning after yesterdays workout so I figured the rest taken while fasting was a big reason why I even got through it without wanting to break it every minute of the day. I eased solid food into day after morning drink by way of some fruits and protein powder with water shake.
Hit the WOD with plenty of energy. Faded on C2Bs. Destroyed the lats the day before. Other than that I consider the fast a success and recommend it!
