Havent been lifting. Its time to start again.

Good week of training. Body feels pretty good and responding well to the shoulder and leg beatings. I am sore a bit but nothing i havent seen before. Heading into Open healthy and ready to go.
Still havent peaked yet so I see myself rising up as the weeks progress with the bigger picture in mind. At the end of the day its all in good fun and I dont loose sleep over it.
