This was pretty much the pinacle of the workout today. tri's were feeling good so the first set of 7 was easy as hell and decided to just go with it.

this is probably my new favorite exercise. plus it has a bad ass name. also doing them relatively heavy is inspiring because now you have a big ass dumbell right over your face/moneymaker.
