sweet finally got on the strength board for freshman football bw squat x 10

deadlift 5x10 165#
superset with parallete hspu: 1,2,2,2,2 (i did one as a warm up so 10 total)

hspu: 6,6,6,6,5
dips: 12,12,10,13,12 static hold at the top of the last of each one
push press: 5 emom for 10 minutes 135#

should have just hit some tricep kick backs or something instead of those push presses. live and learn.
really glad i figured out i was over-extended on the squat. now that i keep everything neutral its easy.
