power clean and jerk up to 245.

didn't really have to move my feet up through 245 on the power clean. on the 245 my elbows were low on to receive it. the jerk was super easy, super open shoulders from the yoga really helping me smoke that without moving my feet.

power clean on 255 was ugly, had to move feet, weight felt light but couldn't push jerk it. still need the knee to be a little better to get that much power out. tried it from the rack too and just needed about another inch of squat.
