50 Push-ups

50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".

I thought I would be able to do more against wall. NOT! too spent after the dips and run. Try it though.lol

wasn't sure I was gonna be able to make it - decided to roll through last min. WOD done 15 min after drinking/eating tequila & calamari. I don't think this helped my HSPUs.

Again, big thanks to everyone at CF305 for letting me drop in. Glad I didn't puke all over the garage.
