Last night at sunset on the golf course:
~300m intervals x 6 @ 41-43 sec.
2 minute rests.
Finished with 50m sprints, walk back rest. Felt good and explosive.
This morning:
45 double unders
45 Squat Cleans 135#
45 ring dips
45 double unders

Last set of double unders straight through (PR). Felt dead in the legs from all of the runs this week.
