"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Post time to comments.

ugh....43:14 my worst time yet. Not sleeping and drinking for regularly for a week will do it to you. We try things differently and we learn new lessons. Now I know.

35:28 Rx (PR)
First and last sets broken into 10-20-30, the rest in 5-10-15.
Tried a new push up position, worked well.
Goal was 35:00, but still 1:08 shaved off of old PR. Felt hard as hell.
Mile one-6:16...jog in the park.
Mile two-6:58...legs felt real wobbly, gassed, empty tank, collapse. YEAH!

oh yeah first mile was 6:18, second mile was 7:46.
That last mile was so busted!

45 pullups/55 ring rows

1:15 and change

5 minutes slower than last time, but no bloody hands and all pushups done in sets of ten, all squats doen in sets of 15 unbroken.

No juice in the legs at all.
