Better on the press, matched the squat, 35# more than last time on DL. 45# more total. Running is killing the squat. Ask me if I care. ASK ME!

Key Biscayne Sprint Triathlon 4
Yeesh, this was BAAAAAAD. Legs dead dead dead from lifts yesterday. I've been in the habit of resting two days before races. Yesterday I chose to 'rest' with the CF Total. I have never (ever) felt my legs like this. Now I know what you big lifter dudes feel like when you run. No pop in the legs at all. Six plus minutes shy of a PR. Ouch.

single arm suitcase overhead squat - 10/arm
overhead suitcase sit up - x15
luggage rack un-even pike push ups - 5/arm
didn't feel totally destroyed form the elevation (5,000' above sea level direct from Miami), but i did get acid burn in my gut, and di did feel more winded then i should have.

yeah got the same feeling while running with the 40# vest last week.
