scaled to 185lbs- 8:41
did 25 reps DL(by mistake),15,9

finished w/ 10 unbroken muscleups

Scaled as follows:

225# deadlifts

High box pikes

Deads were broken as needed

Pikes all unbroken


Hamstrings and grip were burning

225 lbs DL and HSPU to abmat
DL's all unbroken
HSPU - formed really broke down in 2nd & 3rd sets. Next time will slow down and work on form. No kip HSPU as per Dan.

135 DL High box Pike PU

18 straight HSPU's on first set. Trying to get 21. Slowed down the insuing sets.
