Didn't have it today. I am sure a week of eating garbage didn't help. Faled on the hspu's much earlier than usual.

Linda requires 3 bars per person (in theory). It might work if people paired up to share bars, and maybe sub'd ring dips for bench press.

Form on HSPU really started to suffer after about 10 reps into the first round. Really need to work on form. Wanted to complete the whole wod without an abmat, but started using one in the second round.
All dl's unbroken. Finished first 21 reps in 38 seconds.

I just looked at my last time - this was a 30 second PR and last time I scaled the high box pikes to 15-12-9
