Great conditioning.

Feeling hungry and angry and elated during training. Yelling profanity without meaning to. Good sign. Cursing the nay sayers, the local heroes, the has beens and the never weres. Bring it on you pansies. Lungs, liver, heart and head coming back around after a couple months of abuse. I don't care what Captain Americana says, time off is just as important as time on. I'll be ready to compete when it's time. "Competitive Training" 12 months out of the year is ridiculous and counter productive. Joints are recovered. Head is in the game. All it took was 1000 beers, 50 pizzas and no competitive exercise.
