Much needed rest day. Shaved down my callouses in preparation for the "4 play" WOD fitness debauchery extravaganza I'm planning for myself tomorrow.
I'm going away to Peru this week which will be a very nice break in the pace. The only Crossfit in the country is up the road from the hotel. Already contacted Jaime and will drop in for a WOD or 2...or 3. Its vacation so I have to take it easy. Only 1/day on those days. ;)
