Snatches felt great, caught them at the botrtom. Need to work on the high pull. PCNJ did not feel so good. The thought of having to do thrusters with 5 lbs less on the bar was in my mind. Bottomed out on 2 of them. Caught them a bit deep on the rack. woops.

Loved this mainpage modified WOD done by DM. Was able to move through gassing but not redlining. I needed this in my life. Doing it in class added to the excitement. Need to do that whenever possible. Good job DM.
