A bit tired going into this session. Was not really popping. Did my best to get through it. During the day I drank a black coffee AND later on a 5 hour energy. I think I was crashing from that. Dont try that at home.

Nice little bitty. Conditioning the legs to do work after trashing them with the prowler takes some getting used to. Im going to make a regular date with her.
