Deciding to try out Oly program from Mikes gym. Im backtracking a bit to the beginning of the Oct cycle dating back to October 5th. My conditioning will come mainly thru body weight and KB movements with some mono structural. I want to see if minimizing Crossfit metcons will help my snatch and CNJ. It is a good time to try this with sectionals being far out. Its going to be tough and I may slip from time to time but hey I'm human.
