In between my painting and scraping of railing I decided to do :
5 deadhang pull-ups( slow negative, varied grips)
10 push-ups(slow negative, varied hand position including planche)
8 rounds on 5 minutes
then about 30min-1 hour later
Max Muscle-ups
14 burpees
8 rounds on 3 minutes
(5,3,3,3,3,3,3,4)=27
Had bigger ideas for the muscle-ups. I guess the pull-ups and push-ups had something to do with it. Looking forward to tomorrows Oly.
