Snatch- Max for the day
Felt good despite a shit load of crappy eating and tons of drinking over the weekend. Got under 195 a bunch of times but just couldn't put it together and stick it. Going to add in alot of back assistance work. Feel like I could use some strength in that area. As I fatigue deep into the workout I cant maintain a good arch at the bottom I loose it.

Decided to maintain 1:45  and it paid off cause i got off the rower and hit 35 straight dubs but then started catching and got frustrated. I could see myself doing them unbroken.  Next time im doing it with somebody else. Lungs where not burning up this time around.
