Tough day. I knew going into it 170 from the hang after going off of the floor was going to be tough. Missed a bunch of times. Hit one out of 5 from both positions. Scaled down to 155 to finish off with a successful lift.

5:03-hit 46 off the row and failed then got frustrated. knew I could do 100 unbroken even under those conditions. technique was off a bit. Have been neglecting dubs and a bunch of other stuff as well.
So I decided to do another round
4:38-unbroken. Now the next thing to do is to do it faster.
